MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION
An accurate assembly of machine and construction is inevitable for success. As far as it is possible, we perform the pre- assembly, cabeling, start-up and internal pre- inspections in our own company. The final acceptance takes place under the process conditions with the customer locally.

CONTROL ENGINEERING AND PROGRAMMING
The control cabinet planning and the programming and visualisation of the controlling happens simulaneously together with the mechanical processing of the machine. After the trial operation and test phase we start with the improvement phase in order to guarantee our customers a highly competent product.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
During the implementation, our technicians will train the customer in maintenance and will grant documentation. The reaction time with service input is reduced by remote maintenance. Mistakes can be investigated in advance.

In our company, we are responsible for the planning, the manufacture up till the cabeling, the reconnection and hardware implementation.

PLANNING
A precise and accurate planning leads to the best possible result. Therefore, long-year experience, creativity, know how and a modern planning software are necessary. Eplan Electric P8 enables planning for our customers including all cutting surfaces for ECAD and CAD data for cabel manufacture or mimic diagram.The direct data exchange enables continuous documentation, rapid operational procedures, complete production lists and cable lists as well as a quick order process. Our expertise and efficiency towards our customers in enhanced by receiving daily new projects and single projects.

ELECRTICAL CONTROL GEAR
After the completion of the plannung and the receipt of the materials we start with the assembly of the mounting plate and the development of the electrical control. The item designation, clamp labeling and machine labeling are made by our in- house system. After the completion of the wiring, all connections in the machine are tested for functioning.

CABLING AND RECONNECTION
According to your requirements, we cable your machine locally, mount your structural system and reconnect the junctures. Our specialists in building technology reconnect the installed cables and take over the hardware maintenance for you.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
AT-logic® GmbH will carry out structural alteration works and expansion works on the electrical control cabinet locally. Our technicians recognise the electrical circuits in the machine and renew your outdated regulations with a modern product of your choice.

THERMOGRAPHY OF ELECTRICAL CONTROL
Annual maintenance with heat image measurement of the electrical machine with full load without abandonment of service completely rounds off our extensive offer.
